Im a little extra more excited when I know that my bride is kikay because I know its going to be one fun bridal preps and wedding. I met Ry and Mich during my bridal fair in Megamall and they really made an impression to me. They were both prim and proper, well spoken yet both knows what they want. Michelle saw my huge bridal picture with my model rocking red lipstick, winged liner and told her hubby to be “This is what I want the vintage look!”. Ry wanted airbrush done on him – perfect!

The day of their prenup shoot came and I was surprised with how creative this couple are! They asked Wally Gonzales to make movie posters for their prenup and Ry & Mich were able to pull out clothes & accessories without the help of any stylist, just the two of them. I hope I get to have some official copies of their prenup shoot so I can share it with everyone since it was really worth the whole day of shoot and Wally is such a talented photographer and I know everyone knows that ever since.

Come the big day and Michelle’s bubbly self with her all sincere smiles greeted me – what a great way to start the day! Ryan’s calming and assuring voice was relaxing for everyone of us, even though it was already the wedding day itself her was actually there still trying to assist his bride during our preps. When I saw Michelle’s gown I immediately asked who’s the designer and to my surprise it was the bride herself who designed the gown –  talk about being creative again. Ryan told me how Michelle can be a little OC so what best way to get the final look the bride wants but to be the one to design it and yes, she was really hands on with it!

Just to share, here’s the bride’s gown designed by her

What the Groom has to say:

“We chose and handpicked every detail that went into this dress, a true labor of love..it also came at the cost of the lives of 45 chickens. don’t worry though, their meat did not go to waste. J/k but seriously that luxurious trail was handcrafted with over 3,000 feathers! Or so I’ve been told..”

“The first time I saw the design of this..All I could think of was “A glimpse of heaven”..and the moment I saw her in it..I knew I wasn’t wrong.”

Upon seeing Michelle’s gown, I know that the vintage make up look she wants would really go well with her wedding gown. She looked like some actress gracing the oscars with a 50’s look! Michelle was able to pull of the vintage look she wanted and really looked beautiful with it. She looked glamorous yet still a timeless, classic bride.

What I love most with Michelle is how appreciative she is. She stops and checks herself in the mirror and lets me know how much she loves her make up. Bride’s like that really boost my spirits even more and makes my job easier and reminds me why I chose this kind of job – call it more of a passion.

The groom was equally as creative as the bride herself. He left everyone saying “awwww” as he serenaded the bride while she was walking down the aisle and he really sings well! Not just that he sings but during the reception I witnessed what a great dancer the groom is. I really think that Michelle and Ryan were a match made in heaven!
